Worldwide. Most orders go to the United States, Canada, UK, Australia, and India.

Processing time

1–3 business days. We pack and confirm your order, then hand it off to the carrier.

Canada, UK, Europe: 10–20 business days
Australia, New Zealand: 10–20 business days
India: 5–10 business days
Rest of world: 15–30 business days

Tracking

Lost or stuck packages

If your order hasn't moved in 14 days, email us. We'll either resend it free or issue a full refund — your choice.
