Where do you ship?

Across India only, at the moment. Free shipping on every order, no minimum.

How long does delivery take?

1–3 business days to process, then 7–14 business days to reach you. Metro cities are usually faster. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Which payment methods do you accept?

UPI, debit and credit cards, and net banking, all handled securely through PayU India. We never see or store your card details.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days of ordering. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.

Do you accept returns?

Yes — 7 days from delivery. See our Refund & Returns Policy for the full process.

What if my product arrives damaged or defective?

Email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we'll arrange a replacement or refund. Usually you won't need to ship the damaged item back.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you email within 12 hours of ordering. After that it may already be with the carrier.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Often yes, if it hasn't dispatched. Email us as soon as possible with your order number and the corrected address.

Do your products work with Indian plug sockets?

Everything listed on the store is either USB-powered or supplied for Indian use. If a product needs a specific adapter, it's stated on the product page.

Is there a warranty?

Manufacturing defects are covered under our 7-day return window. Damage from misuse, drops, water or incorrect voltage isn't covered.

Is Fernwell a real store?
