How long does shipping take?

Most orders to the US arrive in 7–15 business days. Other countries take 10–30 days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

Where do you ship from?

Our fulfillment partners ship directly from suppliers, mostly in China. This is why prices are affordable but shipping isn't instant.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You'll get a tracking number by email within 1–3 days of ordering.

Do you have a phone number?

We're a small team, so the fastest way to reach us is email at avaneesh7797@gmail.com. We reply within 24 hours.

What if my product is defective?

Email us a photo within 48 hours and we'll send a replacement or refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if you email within 12 hours of ordering. After that, the order may already be processing.

Is your store legit?

Yes. Fernwell is a real Shopify store. We process payments through Shopify's secure checkout — the same system used by thousands of major brands like Allbirds and Gymshark.

Do you accept returns?

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Possibly, if it hasn't shipped yet. Email us ASAP.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. If checkout doesn't accept your country, email us and we'll see what we can do.
