Refund & Returns Policy

We want you and your pet to love every Fernwell product. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund for any reason.

To start a return

Email avaneesh7797@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item
  • A short reason (defective, wrong item, didn't fit your pet, etc.)

We'll reply within 24 hours with next steps.

When we cover return shipping

  • Item arrived damaged or defective
  • Wrong item shipped
  • Item materially different from what was described

When you cover return shipping

  • Changed your mind
  • Wrong size (please measure your pet carefully — sizing is on every product page)

Refunds

Once we receive the returned item (or approve a no-return refund), your money goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks sometimes hold it longer — that's on them, not us.

Items that can't be returned

  • Used hygiene-sensitive items (pee pads, poop bags, lick mats that have been used)
  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Items damaged by misuse

Damaged on arrival

Take a photo and email us within 48 hours. We'll send a replacement or refund — no need to ship the damaged item back.
