Refund & Returns Policy

If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right. Here's exactly how returns work at Fernwell.

7-day return window

You have 7 days from the day your order is delivered to request a return or refund. Requests made after 7 days can't be accepted.

To start a return

Email avaneesh7797@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the item and its packaging
  • A short reason (defective, wrong item, damaged in transit, changed your mind)

We reply within 24 hours with next steps. Please don't ship anything back before you hear from us — items sent back without an approved return can't be accepted.

Condition of returned items

Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging with all accessories, cables and manuals included.

When we cover return shipping

  • The item arrived damaged or defective
  • The wrong item was shipped
  • The item is materially different from what was described

When you cover return shipping

  • You changed your mind
  • You ordered the wrong colour, size or variant

Damaged or defective on arrival

Take a photo and email us within 48 hours of delivery. For most items we'll send a replacement or issue a refund without asking you to ship the damaged unit back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item — or approve a no-return refund — your money goes back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

Items that can't be returned

  • Items requested after the 7-day window
  • Items damaged by misuse, drops, water exposure or incorrect voltage
  • Items returned without their original packaging or accessories
  • Gift cards

Cancellations

Email us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll cancel it for a full refund. After that your order may already be with the carrier.

Exchanges

The fastest route is to return the item you have and place a new order once the return is approved.
